@emiliesagleOpen May through October, the trail loops through a towering red and white pine forest stand. Reforestation efforts have been in place since 2006 after a large portion of the forest experienced blow-down in a storm event. A series of interpretive signs provide information about the forest’s history, tree stands, and wildlife found in the park. The trail offers a perfect outing for educational groups.
