Chief Commanda II Cruises

The Chief Commanda II is a 320-passenger, all-aluminum twin-hull vessel that cruises at a speed up to 13 knots or 25 km/h.

The ship is equipped with two bars, handicap accessible washrooms, snack bar, and open-air BBQ. Locally referred to as ‘The Chief’ it features three decks. The main and second deck areas are enclosed with outside viewing areas. The top deck is open with seating and standing room, where passengers can enjoy a first-class view of the sun going down over Lake Nipissing creating the perfect opportunity for that instagrammable moment.

Blue Sky Sailing Club

The Blue Sky Sailing Club is a member-based club that owns a fleet of sail boats, offers lessons, social sailing events, day trips and rentals. The 2026 Fall sailing schedule includes ‘Social Sails’ on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm and Sundays at 11 am. Guests and non-members are welcome for $15 per person.
