FALL COLOURS TOUR

As the leaves begin to turn and North Bay bursts into brilliant shades of red, orange and gold, there’s no better way to take in the season than from above. The Fall Colours Tour at Laurentian Ski Hill offers panoramic views across North Bay and the surrounding landscape, with unlimited chairlift rides giving you a front-row seat to the spectacular fall colours. Then, trade the chairlift for the trails and hike safely down the hill, surrounded by the changing forest and crisp autumn air.

Location: 15 Janey Ave, North Bay (Laurentian Ski Hill)

This year’s dates are set for:

September:

Friday 18th – 5pm to 8pm
Saturday 19th – 10am to 2pm
Friday 25th – 5pm to 8pm
Saturday 26th – 10am to 2pm

October:

Friday 2nd – 5pm to 8pm
Saturday 3rd – 10am to 2pm

Friday evenings will include live music, a bonfire and s’mores, and the chance to watch a beautiful sunset over Lake Nipissing from above.

The Saturday event will see more family friendly activities and local outdoor adventure partners join so we can highlight the many ways to enjoy the gorgeous autumn colours.

Tickets are $10 and will include access to the ski lift and tower.

Tickets will be available to purchase on the day of entry and at the top lodge only.

Take in the spectacular fall colours from above! As part of the Fall Colours Tour, guests will have the opportunity to climb the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority tower and enjoy the views from the top.

Tower access is only available on the days that the Fall Colour Tour is open and to tour ticket holders only.

The Tower is accessible via lift. For those capable you are welcome to walk down the stairs.

FOOD

This year you will be able to grab a bite to eat courtesy of Average Joe’s at the top chalet. You will have the choice between chili, soup and pizza to enjoy in one of the many picnic tables placed outside amongst the colours.

🍁Proper foot attire is recommended

🍁 The lift is not wheelchair or stroller accessible
