In celebration of the 10th Edition of Ice Follies on Lake Nipissing, Tourism North Bay has partnered with the host accommodation; Homewood Suites by Hilton and Ontario Northland to bring you two special Ice Follies rates to enjoy this free event offshore from Shabogesic Beach, North Bay’s beautiful Waterfront.
Ice Follies is a biennial festival of contemporary and community engaged art produced and showcased on a frozen Lake Nipissing where audiences are invited to engage with the works over a two-week period from February 10 to 24th, 24 hours a day.
“Ice Follies is such a unique event for us in North Bay, if you have not had a chance to visit this before I wholeheartedly encourage you to experience it for yourself”, explained Tourism North Bay Executive Director, Tanya Bédard.
The theme for 2023 is ‘Thin Ice’ which looks at the shifting landscapes and communities, including the changing relationships with the environment and each other.
The special rate offered by Homewood Suites by Hilton is a 20 percent discount during the festival dates.
